POACHED PEARS WITH ICE-CREAM!
But, IT’S TOO SWEET. Too sweet. I wanted to do something with the bottle of moscato left in the fridge because Yao couldn’t bring it back.
Today was very eventful! Met up with Joy for a walk from Coogee to Bondi again. But… it was raining and so we stopped by a cafe at Clovelly beach to have some coffee and chai latte. While sipping out drinks, I was looking for easy recipes and recipes which doesn’t require alot of baking equipments. So… I found… Aunt Anne’s Pretzel recipe!!! 
Gonna make that tomorrow! 
Need alot of luck though. Anyhow, the rain didn’t die down so we just continued walking in the rain. We wanted to take a bus to Bondi from Clovelly but instead we ventured out to walk via an alternative route and we walked through the lovely cemetery! So nice. We found a new route Hahaha. Then walked to Bondi Interchange to get baking stuff from Coles. Headed home and did my poached pears!!!
Anyhow Louise my apartment mate made fruit tarts and gave me some extras Whoohoooo!
